Hi, I bought a Frankford Arsenal Rotary Tumbler. When I opened the box I noticed that both Sifting inserts was broken in transport.
I checked their website, but could not find the inserts as spare parts.
So, I contacted them asking for a quote for the inserts if possible.
Got the response today:
I have placed an order for you to receive a replacement for the damaged parts. Please allow for 3-5 business days for processing.
That's for sure good service. And, living in Norway makes it even better.
Looking forward to get the new parts.
Besides, the machine works as a charm. Has to wear RayBan's when looking at the brass!

(Try to order a Weatherby catalog when outside US, they don't even bother to tell you that they won't ship it...)
